Earlier this week we hosted a workshop for the support staff in our county offices and large districts. Our county/large district support technicians support more end users directly than we do these days. This day was organized by Terri Hammond, our Escape Systems Trainer and is the first of regular meetings where we can all share best practices, discuss issues and generally all learn to better support the end users.
We had representatives attend from Tehama, Lake, Modoc, Alpine, Sonoma, San Joaquin, Ventura counties and Sacramento City Unified School District. The day consisted of several round table discussions, feedback on our webinars and release process, a presentation on the components of a ‘good incident' and a training session on Tips for Troubleshooting. Tehama County also demonstrated how they use Custom Online Resources in Escape Online 5 to help support their end users. And of course, everyone had lots of fun. Terri was in charge after all!
Chad even took a break from working on his CRs to stop by and visit with the customers. Here he is with Janis Doyle from Alpine County Office of Education.
It was a great opportunity for networking, sharing best practices and meeting with Escape Customer Care staff. Everyone walked away with a few new ideas and a few new friends! Many thanks to all that made the trip to Roseville.
