Employees can try different scenarios for changes to taxes, including marital status, allowances, additional amounts and more. Once they have the results they want, they can submit a request to change federal and state withholdings, copying the information with a single click. The change is then routed through an approval process before posting to Escape Online and notifying the employee of the change via email.

On The Go Approvals

Supervisors and other key personnel can conveniently provide prompt approvals for timesheets and human resource authorizations (workflows).

Managers can mark a timesheet entry as reviewed, incomplete or requires response. Managers can enter questions or comments in a Supervisor Note field.

Approvers can review a list of all workflow approvals pending their approval. From the list, they can approve, deny, defer or place on hold. They can also enter a comment that will be written to the Approval record in Escape Online.

My Team

For supervisors, complete information on your team and vacancies

Team Information. List of all your team members and jobs that are not yet filled. Your team is based on the supervisor defined in the Position record. 

Vacancies. List your vacant positions, too, helping you keep track of positions you need to fill. 

Team Members. Each team member section includes employee name, job description, location, work phone and email, with the option to drill down on demographics, assignments, education and leaves. 

Evaluations. Keep track of evaluations for direct reports.
