The Monterey County Office of Education, our newest customer, is planning to implement in two phases. The first phase will be 11 organizations going live with all modules in July, 2012. That may seem like a lot of organizations for the first phase, but this group of users is very motivated. They are planning on working in Escape Online 5 as soon as February, only a few months away. Their goal is to begin budget development for fiscal year 2013. This fast-track approach is quite a departure from our normal implementation plan, and I am really excited about it. We will start the project in early December with our kick off meeting, and immediately launch into training/setup sessions to get the necessary position and payroll setup completed. In the remaining time in December, we will import the necessary HR data. We will ring in 2012 by comparing gross pay and contributions.
The Monterey team has an aggressive schedule ahead of them, but they are a capable and determined group. I look forward to the challenge.
