The webinar guided users through how Escape Online 5 offers so many variations for calculating benefits and the hierarchy of the setup records. We learned how changes to the Employee Record overrides setup. We learned quick ways to search for employees with benefit providers and as with every webinar, we also looked at which reports to use to reconcile benefit provider invoices and employee benefit setup.
Our customers had the chat box smoking with questions and sharing good tips.
