The 2013 Escape User Group Meeting was a success all due to our AWESOME customers. It was a perfect day for networking with other Escape users and sharing information. There’s nothing more useful than networking with another user!
We also got to share ideas about training new Escape users at your organization. My favorite ideas from our customers were holding monthly user group meetings and highlighting an activity to show. Another idea were shadowing an employee, and last but not least, planning a “refresher” course at the beginning of the school year and inviting everyone to attend. All our customers are using the Tutorials (Escape Basics) and webinars to train new users, which is really fabulous.
During lunch Tina from Sonoma County Office of Education showed SCOE’s internal website that contains all the County training schedule.
Everyone enjoyed seeing the new Employee Online demo from our very own Chad Guest. We heard a lot of good feedback from all our customers.
Gayle Lucas was also a big hit showing everyone the Workflow setup. We hope that it will inspire those of you who haven’t made the move yet.
The best part about the day for me was watching all of you interact with each other and your Escape Customer Care representatives. It appeared to me that our customers appreciate us almost as much as we appreciate all of you!
You can find out more about the event in Escape Online 5 under Online Resources - Webinar Information - User Group.
Thanks for spending the day with us!
