Let's Kick Off 2014 with Some New Ideas
Besides our monthly management meetings Bob, Chad and I meet at the end of each calendar year for long range planning. We assess the company’s progress and determine what changes, if any, are needed in order to ensure we are delivering the best products and support possible to our customers. Every few years we look farther into the future and decide where we want to be in five years and how we will get there. So, as we kick-off to 2014, I’m happy to announce that we have made some organizational changes that will allow us to continue providing excellent customer support and the best product possible to our growing client base.
We will be moving six internal resources to new positions and hiring four additional resources over the next several months. Stay tuned, as over the next few weeks, you’ll be hearing from each of the Team Escape members as they explain their move within the organization.
