Introducing Greg: The Newest Team Member and New Technical Support Rep
I was previously employed by a global company that developed Customer Relationship Management and Billing solutions for the Cable, Satellite, and Telecommunications industries where I provided over 20 years of IT/development and customer support. During those 20+ years, I filled a variety of customer support roles including Infrastructure/Desktop Support and Field Engineering. Later, I assumed responsibilities in the R&D division of the organization including Database Engineering, Systems Administration, and Software Performance Engineering.
In my new position as Technical Support for Escape Technology, I plan on leveraging my experience by collaborating with Customer Care to achieve the highest level of customer support, as well as teaming up with Development to further enhance the best software in the industry!
