Total Customer Experience
As you know from previous posts, we’ve had quite a few resources move to new positions in the past few months. Considering all the changes, I thought it was good timing for a few of us to get out of the office and see what some other companies are doing and determine if there are any internal processes we can improve upon. With Bob’s help we found a local conference that fit the need. In mid-March, Jennifer Escamilla, Stephanie Fury and I attended The Total Customer Experience conference in San Francisco hosted by the Altamont Group. We felt this conference was a good fit for us since it covered both Product Management and Customer Service, which are two of our main focuses during 2014. Over the next few days we’ll each be providing some more detail on the different break-out sessions we attended and the main points we took away from each session.
