Happy Users at West Covina USD

As we get closer to the “go live” date of July 1, the users at West Covina Unified School District are getting happy.. Happy … HAPPY!

During our training on Purchasing, AR, AP and Work Orders, the users walked through steps in Escape Classic, our legacy product, and then performed the same tasks in Escape Online 5. In addition to the training, I really enjoyed reminding them that they can throw away large binders because all of the documentation is available with a click of a mouse in Escape Online 5.

Look at those HAPPY faces! By the time I was ready to leave, they were making plans for getting rid of their file cabinets. It’s funny how freeing going paperless can be!
