Beyond Escape - Vendor Management Session

The Vendor Management session, on the Finance day of Beyond Escape 2017, will be all about SHOPPING! You will learn tips and tricks for spending your districts money wisely, all while discovering the latest online shopping trends. You will expand your emailing skills for original purchase orders and vendor quotes.

Beginning and advanced purchasing users will ride along as Terri Hammond and Carole Williams drive the shopping cart through all things vendor.

  • Online Shopping
  • Piggybacking Vendor Quotes
  • Attaching Original PO  
  • Emailing Vendors 

If you are already registered, you will want to sign up for this session right away:

  1. Go to your registration confirmation email and copy the Confirmation Number.
    (If you forgot your confirmation number, we can get it for you.)
  2. Go to the Already Registered page for Beyond Escape.
  3. Enter your email and confirmation number, and click OK.
  4. Click Modify in the upper left corner.
  5. Click Next (at the bottom right corner) until you reach the Current Selection page (after the Registration Selection page).
  6. Scroll down and select the sessions you desire for your agenda.
  7. Click Next (at the bottom right corner) until complete.
