Building Escape IQ at Madera CSOS

Lots of smiles and learning at Madera CSOS! I had the privilege of spending another two fun-filled days with Margie Wells, Escape Implementation Analyst, building Escape Online knowledge at Madera CSOS. On the first day, we dove right into Advanced Employee Management. We provided a review of all tabs previously covered and then expanded their knowledge by covering more advanced topics.

The attendees were thrilled to learn about the various methods to track, grant and rank seniority in the Seniority tab; the ability to store license, degree and training information in the Education tab (using Education Codes to track and manage AB1825 specifically); and how to mass add and store evaluation records in the Evaluations tab. Most of this information is currently tracked and maintained manually outside of their system. The next day, the team learned about how Leaves are set up and used in Escape Online, as well as options for granting and the flexibility this feature offers. There’s lots of work still to be done but the team is having fun and staying on course for their Go Live in January 2020!
