Mini-CASBO at Twin Rivers
Jennifer Escamilla, Robyn Wagenknecht and I attended the Mini CASBO event on March 7 at Twin Rivers USD. It felt a little like a déjà vu. Aside from the painting in the background (last year it was Tupac Shakur and this year Aunt Jemima – and no, we were not serving pancakes), we enjoyed it as much as we did last year – lots of familiar and friendly faces, genuine excitement about the Employee Online Portal and, of course, catching up on our recent enhancements in Escape Online.
Many of our current customers and vendors we work with had great things to say about the Escape people and the software. We also got a chance to show off some cool reports and our slick Excel data exports.
I’m a sucker for customer success stories, so when Beth Coit, Lisa Martin, and Shawndra Rentschler from the Solano County Office of Education stopped by to tell me about their Employee Online Portal testing, I couldn’t help but take a group picture and include it in the blog. Beth was the first at Solano COE to update her tax exemption in the Employee Online Portal and see her tax record get updated automatically in Escape Online 5!
Their testing is going great and according to Beth, the plan is to roll out the Employee Online Portal to the rest of the county district personnel sometime this month. Thank you Beth, Lisa, and Shawndra for taking the time to stop by our booth and share your awesome experiences with us!
