Now is your chance to sign up for Escape Online Employee Management certification.
The Employee Management Certification course will focus on the management of employees, as opposed to the record itself. It will apply to both HR users and Payroll users with at least one year of experience in Escape Online. The agenda includes understanding dates, searches, exports, mass changes, and reports. We also plan on time for discussing and sharing workflows for new employees, terminating employees, regulatory reporting and how different organizations use alerts, follow ups, notes, and attachments. Of course, we will briefly discuss the tabs, permissions, categories and snapshots of the Employee record. This course will give you the tools you need to find and fix employment issues before they become problems.
Just like AP Certification, the majority of the course will be hands-on with numerous opportunities for collaboration and best practice discussions. Over the course of two days, attendees will gain practical work skills through extensive hands-on training. This program is designed to provide attendees with a live opportunity to learn directly from an expert in Escape Online and to exchange ideas and best practices with others in the school business community who share similar job responsibilities. A course workbook is provided for additional learning opportunities and resources.
The Employee Management Certification is an intensive two-day event, including an exam. Participants who attend the full course and obtain a passing score on the exam will be certified in Escape Employee Management, and receive a certificate and digital badge.
The class runs from 9am to 5pm. A light breakfast and a 1/2 hour lunch will be provided. Sometimes the classroom can be cool. Please dress comfortably. Business casual is fine.
Minimum requirements are proficiency in Escape Online and a basic understanding of the Employee record.
We know that the Employee Management Certification course will be just as popular and worthwhile. See what others had to say after attending the AP Certification course.
