Winter 2018 Collaboration Day Follow-up
We had almost 30 attendees participate from various COEs and districts on January 11th at Escape headquarters in Roseville. Everyone shared their ideas and best practices for 1099 and W2 processing in the morning. In the afternoon, we discussed design ideas on various features in HR/Pay, Finance and the Employee Online Portal. The fact that all attendees stayed until discussions were concluded at 4:30 says that it was a useful session for everyone!
I’d like to thank all our customers who attended for their enthusiasm, constructive feedback, and for all of the positive interactions!

My favorite part of Collaboration Day is getting customer feedback during Design sessions. It is so relevant and helpful and provides an interesting perspective: While a new feature may not spark any interest for one customer, it can be a huge time saver for another. I know that Arin Simonyan, Finance Product Area Team Manager feels the same way, since the other day she told me that Collaboration day is another great opportunity for her to listen to our customers, to learn from them and say thank you!
We are already planning Spring and Summer 2018 Collaboration Days, to be held on May 4th and August 10th. We will be sending out information as the date approaches.
Don’t forget that the dates have been set for our 2018 Beyond Escape User Conference in Sacramento – October 29-30. Subscribe to our monthly newsletter to receive up-to-date information.
