Customer Requests & Feedback

Many of our product enhancements are the result of the constant monitoring of customer feedback and support incidents by our staff. If your organization reports an incident, you can check the progress and resolution of it using the OnTime Customer Portal. With an easy-to-use web interface, the portal allows customers to track their incidents and requests for changes.

Escape Technical Support (ETS)

ETS provides help with detailed technical requests to Escape employees and customers. The ETS team manages all of the in-house systems, acts as system manager for hosted XCOE implementations, assists with data conversions, and monitors the performance of the software. They also act as third-tier support, collaborating with customers on a variety of issues.
